law professor at New York Law School where he taught courses on property, real estate transactions and finance, commercial leases, and residential transactions
expert witness and litigation consultant on significant cases
author of a multi-volume treatise on leases
Andrew has been elected as a Fellow to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA).
Andrew is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and is regularly asked to speak at real estate law conferences.
